Great battery better Tech support

I am very impressed with this battery it really stands up. When it is fully charged it takes a long time to drain within the the dod range it is supposed to maintain, so yes it does do a really good job overall. But what I was super impressed with is the tech support on this item. I made the mistake of setting my cutoff to 11 which screwed up the bms reading. Now i contacted JOY, and Joy spent an entire day with me going through how to rest the bms and even made sure that my cell level were correct. Super Job JOY!!!!! I highly recommend this battery.
