Each of our RESTORE reclaimed wood desktops tells the story of an ethically sourced product, carefully harvested in North America through responsible forestry efforts that employ low-impact logging methods. Every piece of RESTORE by PIPE DÉCOR wood is certified, either through Mexico’s Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources or through the Forest Stewardship Council of the United States.
UNIQUE COLOR AND GRAIN:The hand-applied Trail Brown stain creates a slight dark-washed appearance with warm hints of tan and varying shades of earthy browns. Each ponderosa pine desktop is unique in both and color and grain, so no two are exactly alike. Our finishing process enhances the existing characteristics of each piece for a final look that’s both rustic and industrial. Every knot becomes a beautiful accent, while the natural wood grain offers organic movement to the finished desktop.
COMPONENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS:Each desk kit contains one 24 in. x 48 in. x 29.88 in. reclaimed wood desktop with pillowed edges and one set of "H" pipe legs. Base assembly is required.
CLEAN AND SEAL:Our pipes and fittings are coated in a protective oil before shipping to prevent rust during transit. Follow our simple process to clean and seal the pipe and fittings before assembly to ensure that they stay rust-free for life. After removing the oil from the pipe and fittings, seal with polyurethane spray to protect from rust and scratches. Once they’re sealed, they’re ready to be attached to your reclaimed wood desktop. Instructions are included in your kit for this quick and easy step, or you can watch the short "Clean and Seal" video on our home page.
CARE:RESTORE reclaimed wood desktops are easy to clean. Simply wipe down the surface with a damp cloth and gentle dish soap. Do not let water stand on the reclaimed wood desktop for any length of time. Soak up spills immediately to keep your desk looking like new for years to come.
