I bought these because they are the style I wanted....i am an upland bird hunter and those guys wear Thorogood boots that cost upwards of 275 smackeroos...I'm not willing to shell out that much for a hunting boot...So, i searched and found these Thorogood look-a-likes and bought them...in my regular size at first...they didnt fit; too big...so, i ended up going a full size down and then they fit...fit very good...I smoothed in mink oil on em and now they look awesome...I wear them every chance i get...Love the boot...just make sure you order them a little smaller than normal
