I've recently purchased a Wondermill wonder Junior grain Mill. There are several books out and wonderful YouTube videos about the health benefits of freshly milled flour. I combine this hard, red wheat with soft, white wheat and. Einkorn to bake bread at home. The taste is amazing once you start eating bread that is freshly milled, you won't really want anything less. The bread from this wheat is delicious.
