Excellent during dry winters

I have used this conditioner for many years. When it is humid, my hair is very curly, but come dry winter months, my hair just flops down. If I towel dry my hair and squirt some over the crown of my head, then comb it in, and fluff it up, my hair curls nicely. Not as well as in the summer, but better than the flop. My hair is short, 2 inches or so.
