I bought this on VHS when it first came out. There's nothing as tough and motivational as old school Firm videos. I was delighted to find this on DVD! It just arrived so I plan to use it tomorrow. I can't wait! The Firm videos gave me the body that I wanted.

I did the Firm workouts 20 years ago. They really show results. Started doing them again and even though the outfits scream late 80s (which is kind of fun), the workouts are solid.
