Cute but won't stay- waste of money

It is super cute but it was hard to apply to the wall (I followed the directions exactly but a wheel piece got ripped) and it started peeling off the wall the next day. I keep trying to fix it and it keeps peeling off by 12-24 hours later. I'm attaching a picture of it starting to peel after 3x of fixing it. Waste of money; I'll have to go buy another one elsewhere instead. I also didn't realize the “I” on the train stays an “I” for iguana, it doesn't change to the first letter of the name you request. That was disappointing but on me for not realizing- figure I'll make it clear so others know.
