It rolls up. The size is not what is says!!! It was way too small. I thought it might stretch as I wore it, but it didn't. Then I tried to return it, but it was past the return date , so I'm out over $20 !!!

Way too small— order up 2-3 sizes bigger!
It is entirely so tight and doesn't match up to the size of at all. You have to order 2 sizes up. Unfortunately I'm too late to return!!!! So I spent a lot of money trusting them!!!! All I want to do is exchange for the largest one they have!!! Cathy minick!
