Tires %26 speed of service great; but wrong PSI

Tires are great. I needed new tires because mine were dry rotted (I don't drive much); so these Continental Tires were a great option for me. I ordered and had installed at Walmart same day...that was very convenient. Installation only took 40-minutes (also super convenient). Although, installation technicians did not inflate new tires properly. Recommended PSI for my vehicle is 35 PSI, I requested 36/37 PSI. What I received was: front driver - 42 PSI; front passenger - 43 PSI; rear driver - 38 PSI; rear passenger 37 PSI. makes no sense to me. Paperwork I received stated all 4 tires were at 37 PSI. I wouldn't really say anything; however, my friend is the one that insisted on checking pressure because he had tires installed at same Walmart several weeks ago and each of his were at different PSI...so he checked my new tires for me.
