Shipment delayed

I loved the product however, the shipping is what was poor. I ordered this on June 9th and the guaranteed shipping was on June 13. Enough time for Father's Day. On Wednesday, I received notification that it was delayed w/o any reason. I reached out and the company blamed it on the shipping. They said they mailed it on time but they mailed it late Tuesday evening and blamed shipment? I asked for a discount but I received nothing. I got it after Father's Day on June 17. It ruined our surprise for my husband and my husband had to wait a day later. I should have ordered through Amazon as I would have received it on June 13. Anyways, the product is great but I am not going to order online from Walmart again. I spent too much for it to be delayed. I will look elsewhere.
