Warranty Period. The Warranty Period begins on the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser of the Product, and continues for the specific period set forth below (“Warranty Period”). A claim under this Limited Warranty (“Warranty Claim”) is considered valid when filed by the original purchaser within the Warranty Period according to the instruction manual or Sunco's website, and must be received and approved by Sunco at its own discretion. The following conditions apply for a valid Warranty Claim: The Product must have been purchased directly from Sunco or a Sunco-authorized distributor/retailer. An original order number or original purchase receipt for the Product should be available for Sunco’s inspection. Adequate records of the Product's operating history must be maintained and made available for Sunco's inspection. Sunco reserves the right to accept or reject the validity of these records at its sole discretion. If necessary, a Sunco representative, or other authorized representatives, may inspect the Product to determine the cause of failure. Scope of Warranty. Under this Limited Warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, if (i) a Defect arises, and (ii) Sunco approves a valid Warranty Claim, Sunco reserves the right to replace the defective Product with either the same model or a suitable alternative at its sole discretion. A suitable alternative may be a similar product, or the same version or an available version of the same product, including any applicable revisions or upgrades, all at Sunco's sole discretion. In addition, Sunco may require the customer to undertake any of the following additional actions prior to offering any replacement: Covering shipping or restocking fees for replacement related to the Warranty Claim. Returning the defective Product subject to the Warranty Claim as instructed by Sunco, bearing all related shipping costs. Providing additional information to assist in assessing the Warranty Claim, including details about the Product's condition, usage, installation method, and possibly images or videos of the Product. Any product revisions or enhancements shall result in updated versions being provided for all replacements. Sunco does not cover the cost of shipping for replacements outside of the Continental United States. Furthermore, the costs associated with the installation or removal of any products, including materials and labor, fall outside the scope of this Limited Warranty and are not covered by Sunco. Exclusions and Limitations. This Limited Warranty is only applicable for Product manufactured by or for Sunco, identifiable by the Sunco trademark, trade name, or logo. This Limited Warranty is valid only for Products purchased within United States. The Limited Warranty excludes (i) any products and services by Sunco that are not the Product, (ii) non-Sunco hardware, (iii) consumables (for example, batteries), and (iv) software, regardless of whether items (i) –(iv) are packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in it. Sunco does not guarantee that the Product’s operation will meet Customer’s specific needs or requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted and error-free. Sunco shall not be liable for damages resulting from not following the Product's usage instructions or from failures caused by inadequate electrical supply or internet access. The Limited Warranty is void for Products or parts thereof that have been altered or modified by anyone other than a Sunco representative. Violation of any provisions in Sunco Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or other agreements between Sunco and the customer, also voids this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover Defects or damages arising from (a) use with non-Sunco products; (b) external causes such as accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, natural disasters; (c) using the product outside its intended uses or conditions as specified by Sunco, or with improper voltage or power supply; (d) services such as upgrades and expansions performed by non-Sunco representatives; or (e) Sunco products, parts, advice, assistance, or services given as a courtesy by Sunco. Beautiful LED Light Feature
I Could not wait to get this product i seen some in new home open house and always wanted some when this came up was very excited and happy not knowing what size light to place with this kinda made the wait a bit longer my husband cut a hole in the ceiling and hook up the light to the switch we had for the other kitchen light LONG story short everything was in place and the feature Look Awesome it just the light for this was too small and either we might need to buy the right size or wait and see if i can send back the small light it was 4inch and i need a 6 inch But sofar it looking awesome and cannot wait to see just how Beautiful this LED retrofit will look in my dining room and this was easy to installed if you know how to do ceiling fan or any kind of installing work and make sure you get the right size Light to fit the recessed!

Great Lighting for a great price.
This lighting system is 4" and 11 watt. This was sent to me by Walmart Spark Review for me to try it and give my opinion. This particular light has the energy saver sticker on it. So I am very sure it will help us save on our electric bill. It is instantly bright and it is also dimmable. It is made with a rugged design and is mercury and lead free. This is very good, especially if there is small children in the home. It has a similar size and shape of regular bulbs. There is no noise or humming with it.I like that it is a long life span. It has 35,000 hours of lifetime, which is great because you won't have to replace as often. It also has a 5 year warranty. I think this will be a great selling product.

Fast and Easy to Install!
I ordered this SUNCO 1PK 4 Inch Retrofit Recessed LED to cover an older recessed fixture in my rental that is an eyesore. From un-boxing this fixture to installing it only took 5 minutes. The wiring includes a threaded end that screws into the existing recessed fixtures socket. Once you have it screwed in there are 3 wire tensioners around the outer edge of the SUNCO light. You simply center the wiring above the SUNCO fixture and push the new fixture up into the old one. SO fast and so easy and the results are great. PLUS! I can take my new fixtures with me when I move out!
