First, I ordered a case for an iPhone 11. I received a case for an iPhone 12. Obviously it did not fit. Now I have to figure out a way to get to the store to return it. I have my membership fee to deliver items because I have a fractured back and I cannot drive or anything. So it's still sitting on my shelf. I would like for you to tell Walmart to please pick it up for me. As I cannot use it. This is extremely upsetting. And I have no case for my iPhone. I don't know what's happening with Walmart's representatives, but Walmart should really make them responsible for some of this stuff.
