I live in chronic pain 24/7 after having ten lumbar surgeries %26 two neck surgeries ended up paralyzed below the waist in stage 4 kidney disease %26 suffer with seizures %26 migraines you can say pain is part of my daily life. I use the Aleve caplets every day and can honestly tell you that as far as OTC meds go Aleve is the only one that works to even touch my chronic pain I have tried every kind of OTC available but always go back to Aleve granted I have to take more than the recommended dose more often than suggested but it's worth the risk for the relief it gives me. It does not take away the pain it just calms the worst part of it allowing me to relax. I Highly recommend you try Aleve OTC for any pain you have it's better than Tylenol Excedren Aspirin or Advil and easy on the stomach as well, also cost is reasonable if you buy it in a lg quantity like 200 or more. I order mine from Walmart in a box of 270 or 320 between $24 %26 30 dollars if you watch for the sales. I have used Aleve for over 10 yrs

It's the only thing that helps with my all over body joint pain, I even refuse to take blood thinners after I was told I had Afib because you can't take NSAIDs which is what Aleve is, with blood thinners. I also have narcotic pain medicine and this works better for my joint pain.
