Great vitamin
I have tried many different multivitamins in the past and I can confidently say this is the only one that hasn't made me feel nauseous. The pills are decent in size. Depending on the size they last me pretty long. I function/perform better taking them throughout the day. As you get older, a multivitamin becomes a very important part of your life, and finding the right one is a blessing. If you haven't found the right one for you try this. I highly encourage.

I am currently taking these as im going through the menopause and I'm very low on iron. These vitamins contain everything i currently need and I'm definitely feeling better. They are larger tablets but easy to swallow, no after taste at all. I take mine just before lunch. A good price for the amount your getting.
