The cardio training is packed with straight forward, athletic moves (no grapevines or mambos in sight) that are repeated long enough to drive intensity, but change quickly enough to keep things interesting and fun! Once the basic “just drills” are mastered and layered in simple movement patterns, they are then “dressed up” in final 32 count combinations.Core-focused bodyweight training (both on and off the mat) follows the same formula by introducing various strengthening, lengthening, and balance components before piecing them together into continuous flowing patterns.Even the stretches get dressy!
