Larger than expected. Almost too large for smash burgers, but great for large steaks. Heavy. If you are NOT going to cook large steaks on your griddle, you might want to look for something smaller and lighter. I would not recommend purchasing this if you have a smaller griddle unless you want everything on the griddle smashed.....
