Trista Reclining Loveseat in Faux Leather, Brown

The loveseat is a bit on the hard side. Looks nice except it came with some damage to it and a day early. The truck driver called and said he was in the area and would drop it off shortly. Then he told me that he could not bring it up to my 3rd floor apartment. I wished I was told this well before hand since I paid an extra $99 for shipping. I could get someone the one the day it was to be here but not then. I tried to take it apart and move it myself but the box was in such bad shape I couldn't move the bottom part till a Fed Ex guy came along and helped me. He wouldn't even take any money for his effort. I would return it except I pulled a muscle in my side from bringing it up and can do nothing for now and I think it will be a hassle. Wal Mart said they would give me 15% off the cost which should cover the repair needed but unsure if will look right. But might be my best way t go
