Pure Balance Chicken Flavor Dry Cat Food for Adult, Grain-Free, 7 lb. . Packet

We are still in our "trial run" of this food. One of my three kitties enjoyed it immediately, the other two weren't too sure. I've mixed it into their current crunchies to see if they like it better mixed- At least until they get used to it. In the meantime, I'll be watching for tummy troubles or unusual behavior during the transition. The kibble is very small! I'm shocked at how small it is, I'm not sure if it's designed that way for a particular reason but I feel like it's much easier for them to eat that way. Their current food is much larger in comparison and they've always left small chunks of kibble everywhere around their feeding area, but don't seem to have any trouble with their teeth, etc. The ingredients in this food are pretty good, not the best but definitely not the worst- It's not 9 Lives, Kit and Kaboodle, etc.... Uhg. I'm in between jobs currently and needed something that was similar to their current food that I can no longer afford. This seems to be a good sweet spot that I can buy regularly- If my furkids decide they love it and it does them well. All in all, I feel pretty satisfied with my choice.

I recently switched to this brand from a more expensive pet store brand. My male cat really liked it, and ironically the pellets look almost exactly as his prior food. (I was doing a mix until I completely switched him over to Pure balance). I feel his tummy is doing better now, his appetite is back, his eyes are clearer, and he's finally gained back some weight. We'll be sticking to this for awhile now.
