Great team, well-versed with the process informati

I really like the fabric of this item. The back cushion support and the seating is very comfortable. It came in 2 boxes however one box was delivered on the day before the other and i was very upset as my item was missing back support, legs, hardware, etc. I immediately called them and started crying over the phone. I really liked your customer service team because you handled this situation very politely and emphathetically. Thank you so much for the information that you gave me that the 2nd box is still in transit and going to be delivered the next day. It is such a beautiful color and worth for it's price.

Nicely cultured and professional people to work wi

I have purchased this sofa from FurnitureMania and i really like this product. I was wondering to have such a designer sofa at reasonable price. Item was as per the expectations and description. Look of the sofa is modern and the cushions are for ultra comfort. Every part required to assemble the sofa was in the box and packaging was perfect. Previously, i was worried about the purchase as i did not ordered before from you guys. You guys made it perfect for me. Everything was at par(products and services). I will continue purchasing from you guys in future and will recommend your company for furniture and mattress. Also it matches my room decor. Thank you!!!

Red = PINK, Not made for comfort

When this came I was not at all pleased. Its PINK. Not even a super dark, maybe this could be a rose red kind of color but BRIGHT PINK. There is no way anyone could call this red by any stretch of imagination. My entire decor vision for the living room was ruined bc I was not in the mood to hassle with a return. Especially since the box it came in was already falling apart. Fine, switched my vision to the bedroom. As far as specifics the back rest is extremely low. Less than 12 inches! I'm 5'2 and this is only comfortable if I sit at an angle with pillows behind me or I lay on it. The cushions are quite comfy, feels and looks nice once put together, took my husband little over an hour (no screws were included per instructions but luckily we had similar screws here) the back is only slightly cushioned and again super low so this wasn't made with comfort in mind. However, despite the hiccups I've grown fond of this oddly pink thing and am in the midst of picking out black leather furniture, a black throw, black rug plus black and white art to offset all this screaming pink. Would I order this again? Nope. But it could be perfect on sight for someone else. Despite the color it does look and feel more expensive than advertised. Would have been happier with black. Manufacturer Note: Please stop advertising this couch as red when its clearly not.
