A 3-piece full port ball valve with pneumatic actuator. It is used for being connected with pipeline needed to be requently frequently.
It is suitable for ciscous material with particles. It is popular in industrial automatic control system of food, environment, paper making, chemistry,etc.
The body and internals are made in stainless steel and the sealing material is PTFE. The valve has a pressure rating to 1000 PSI and a temperature rating from -20℃ to 180℃.
The 3-piece design simplifies maintenance activities without removing the end pieces from the pipeline.
This valve comes with double acting pneumatic actuator, no bracket or drive coupling needed for mounting the actuator. The pneumatic actuator with hard anodized internally and externally extruded aluminum body with epoxy coated end caps provides good corrosion resistance and long life.
