Great buy! I put it to a test.

I took it on a 5-6 day camping trip, and used it to keep our phones and ear buds 50-80% charged all the time. First, with a full charge at home I tested it on two dead cell phones and got one to 100% and the other to 70% before it wiped out from one full charge, so it holds a good amount of power. I took it on the camping trip fully charged but hung it outside the tent to collect all solar possible. The flashlight %26 emergency signals are super bright. We spotted them by drone 2000' off the ground. I didn't have time to fully test it's solar charge waiting time, I just let it passively charge as daylight was available, (10 hrs a day) but if this is the only thing I had, I'd trust it. After using it randomly throughout 5-6 days on phones and ear buds, when we got home, it still held about 1/3 of it's power storage from when we left, so the solar panel is effective. When charging another device, it slows down a little at 25-30%, maybe to avoid overcharging the target device. I just unplugged and restarted to continue charging. The instructions are in terrible broken English, but I figured it out. When all of the blue lights glow steady, it is fully powered up. When one single green light glows it is passively charging by solar power anywhere there is enough light. The blue lights will dim and disappear as it uses stored power to charge a target device.
