Ejection Devices in Mass Transfer Processes of Sugar Industry (Paperback)

This work presents solution of practical problems on the improvement of some mass transfer processes in the sugar industry with using of ejection apparatus. We propose using of ejectors with centrifugal jet nozzles as working nozzles and an elongated mixing chamber met with guide vanes for flow turbulence, which were developed by authors. These solutions are aimed at saving material heat flows, protection of the environment from harmful emissions production, protected by patents of Ukraine. This work can be useful for employees of sugar factories, undergraduate and graduate students.
