Uugh.. The never ending search for a Chefs knife. All the searching and reading reviews has led me here. I finally decided on this set after comparing several in store. It is very sturdy. I wasn't looking for a set, but have found myself using them. I'm not a professional chef by no means, just an average home cooking mom.
