The SlimPAR? 56 is a traditional LED PAR can housed in a casing that is only twoinches thick, which allows it to go where other PAR cans don?t fit. Powered by108 red, green and blue LEDs, the fixture offers 3- or 7-channels of DMXcontrol. It also provides static colors and RGB color mixing with or without DMX,built-in automated and sound activated programs and a variable speed pulseeffect.

Don't be fooled by the cheaper brands who try to sell regular cheap XLR miccables and call them DMX cables. They are not the same. DMX cables by Chauvetare manufacturered specifically for lighting products. The other regular XLRcables by other brands will cause interference because they are meant for audionot for lights. Use only the best DMX cables on the market by chauvet.

Why should I not use mic cables or off brand name DMX cables ?
Regular XLR cables are 70 Ohm, while the real DMX cables are 120 Ohm. There is ahuge difference. The number one cause of defective lighting systems is the useof bad cables. Eliminate this problem, and use Chauvet DMX cables.
