They were a gift. Came on time. Fit and we're comfortable but the leather tabs on the sides pulled out the first time she wore them…..they are NOT to help pull the boots on and one even came out when she went to pull her jeans down over the boots

I might return mine, not very good quality, they are pretty boots but then I put them on they just crinkle up and don't stay straight. I wear a size 9 and got a size 9 and they fit good I just don't like the quality
