The container is great for storing powder, puddi g, jello, tuna,and crab. I use it daily for. My lunches at work. It doesn't take up a lot of room in the cramped work fridge.

These are huge! (But still a good volume for bariatric people managing portion control.) I love that each container can be used individually with a lid, or stacked together with the handle. I especially love that I got mine free with a big purchase!
