Returns for shopping Walmart's on-line web service is difficult, confusing , and not customer friendly. Instructions on web gives options to returns at local Walmart store , didn't work in SE Dallas ( Samuell/ I-30 ) store . I was sent to FedEx in Mesquite ( 8 miles away) ,I couldn't get help from the 3 fedex employees there , another wasted hour after spending 11/2 hours in Walmart store re-sorting my 10 item order that my wife and I had spent 21/4 hours the previous night ! I called 800 customer service , Frelie spent close to an hour sorting through the issues and set up a pick -up at my home for next Tuesday. ? Hopefully I will get the email or text by then with return instructions and shipping label ? I was hoping after completing my phone call that the email/ text would be sent ?, I am waiting and hoping this all comes to pass , but at the moment , I am not so sure .My advice , skip Walmart and go shopping with Amazon , they have an easy and hassle-free return working policy.
