I have been using this since 2018 with all my three kids. The plus point is that doze is only 1 tablet a day and very easy to eat with food. No bad feeling after that. I 100% recommend this brand. Like I was a perdon of having severe nausea and vomit all my pregnency (Hypermesis Gravidaram ) but luckily found this and always took this one tablet with food or milk and than you find very strong and healthy. so try it and you will also feel like me.

This prenatal was the most affordable I could find that had methylfolate and included a DHA! It lasts a few months, so it's only about $13 a month! And it's small, tastes and smells like peppermint, and you only have to take 1 a day, so I'm sure that would ne helpful for pregnancy nausea, as long as peppermint is not triggering for you. I discovered it after my baby was born, so I've been taking it as a nursing supplement.
