Walmart screws the pooch yet again

Sent to me in a pressed cardboard mailer - two pieces of paper thin cardboard with adhesive that is pressed together around item - so it arrived with torn pages and a spine that was broken in half. Unreadable due to damage. Walmart should NEVER have mailed the book out in such a method.
