These cartridges were a little sticky when first installed but they worked fine at first. After printing with them 3 times my printer suddenly quit recognizing them. I tried reinstalling them too many times to count with no luck. Unfortunately I don't print much so I've had them 6 months and cannot return. Lesson learned!!
