They're helpful for deviated septum
I enjoy using these, they have a menthol oil in them that feels like it's cooling the air as I inhale it. I have a deviated septum and it sometimes makes me feel like my ability to get breathe is lessened. These help me to get a nice cooling sensation in my nose and throat. I use it to breathe at bedtime and so it helps me feel calm and relaxed. One star off for the price point.
