Not a good review of the experience.
It showed that I ordered a 9'x 12' area rug. However, when it got here it was 4'x6'. I have tried to work with the company because of the error in the description. It has taken several days and still not finished. It shows in my purchase history the size of run I had wanted and mistakes are made entering information. It's just been frustrating getting a refund of the difference, I had stated I would keep this smaller rug and use it, but felt I should of been refunded the difference.
