The medi Ortho Omomed Shoulder Support is for conservative treatment for painful osteoarthritis of the shoulder, post-operative treatment after shoulder joint replacement and conservative treatment for acute and chronic anterior dislocation of the shoulder. It is also ideal for post-operative treatment after stabilization of the shoulder joint and reconstruction of the rotator cuff insertions and re-fixation of the bicep tendon anchor (SLAP lesion).

INDICATIONS / CONDITIONS

• Conservative/post-operative after proximal humeral head, scapula or glenoid fractures and AC joint dislocations
• Conservative with anterior shoulder luxation and chronic anterior subluxation as well as painful shoulder arthrosis
• Post-operative shoulder stabilization, rotator interval reconstruction, refixation of the biceps tendon anchor (SLAP lesion)
