Does the job!

I purchased this after my Titan floating winch handle fell overboard, and I was not able to retrieve it. I like that the color of the handle is MORE visible than the Titan. However the fiber reinforcement of the plastic makes the handle more rough to the touch. Perhaps this makes the handle less likely to be dropped?
