The best melatonin brand

I have tried many brands of melatonin. Natrol is my go-to brand. For some reason, it just seems to work the best and fastest for me. I start to feel drowsy within 20-30 minutes. Like all melatonin brands, they don't make you feel drowsy the next day. Highly recommended!

It works really well but not a miracle

It works really well but you need to be carefull because it's an hormone. This hormone is produced by the body naturally but it tends to decrease with age. If you take daily, your body is going to omit your own production so you could create a problem in the future, netherless, it's by far better than diazepan and others.

Many peaceful nights 😴💤💤💤

I used to use the Melatonin tablets, which I found to be effective. But I thought I'd give the dissolvable ones and I just love them. They hardly take any time at all to work.
