Radio Systems Corporation, owner of the PetSafe Brand, (hereinafter referred to as ?PetSafe?) warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser who purchased a PetSafe product from an authorized dealer of PetSafe products, and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its PetSafe product, when subject to normal and proper residential use, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. I've owned numerous amounts of this litter box...this, which is the older version, and also the newer version...I prefer the older version a lot better...it keeps the box cleaner, and the newer version, I've unintentionally burned out the motors numerous times...hence, owning numerous amounts...I've had one of the older versions for years now!! And just ordered the older one, again...after the newer version breaking on me...Otherwise, it's a great, and reasonable product!

I love this product and bought one for a friend. I prefer this model over the newer one. I did have to put some screws in it to help with some problems I had but after that I have never have any problems with it. We have 3 cats and with this product you can't tell that we have 3 cats when you are in our home.

I have 4 Simply Clean Automatic Litter Boxes for my 5 cats and we all enjoy the boxes. They have a clean boxes throughout the day and I have an easy cleanup when I get home. I also enjoy the fact that repairs are easy; one of my boxes is 4 years old and I replaced the bowl motor in less than 10 minutes.
