I use this product as directed. I used it during recovering from chemo and cancer to help feel a little better and add a lot of vitamins that I was low on and needed to enhance my immune system. This is not medical advice. This is just my personal opinion and 5-hour energy does help me feel a little more clear-headed and does not have the dreadful "crash" that other vitamin based energy products have.

boost my mood helps with my back ache. also last as says easy to drink not a whole can one shot done. does cause the jitters but if doing work with your hands thats a good thing. also may give you a reddish flush from the niacin but fades away fast.
