Game changer!
I've only been using this a few days, but I'm already incredibly impressed. I had a prolapse after my second child and as a result have found that tampons and other menstrual cups tend to slip down and are therefore uncomfortable and leak. I discovered a menstrual single use menstrual disc that worked well, but was keen to reduce my plastic waste so thought I'd give this a go. So pleased I did. Worn on my heaviest days with absolutely no leakage and don't even know that it's there while I'm wearing it, even when I'm exercising. Absolute game changer, never going back!

I purchased the Ziggy cup last month as my usual menstrual cups weren't sitting right after having my second baby. They felt too low, and cutting them helped a little but I was hoping the Ziggy cup would make me feel more comfortable. And it really does, I don't notice it at all. Now I'm a fairly ‘experienced' cup user (a few years) and have only used the Ziggy cup for one cycle and I do think I need a bit more trying around with it to get the perfect fit. Just to be safe I wore period underwear while wearing it but I don't think that was needed at all. I did notice a difference during my cycle and found it easier to get a good fit towards the end of my period. As to emptying the cup and people saying it is super messy, I didn't think it was that bad. Yes sometimes a bit of my fingers were bloody but not much more than other cups. since this is the first few cycles after having a baby I think my periods are still adjusting and settling so maybe it wasn't as heavy as other people have. Long story short I definitely recommend this cup and I don't think it matters if you have never used cups before, just follow the instructions:)

I've been using this for a year now, i was dubious at first. I had tried a cup in the past but gave up due to comfort. Once I got used to this and inserting it correctly I feel free! It's super comfortable and I even forget I'm on my period! I've never been so enthusiastic recommending a menstrual product to friends!
