Love these sleepy tabs
I use these when I travel to California for work so I can sleep soundly and fall asleep when I need to. It says it takes 15-20 minutes to kick it and it is true. I take it at 8:45pm and am asleep by 9 or just after. Definitely recommend keeping these handy!!!
