I enjoyed this book a lot

Book Review - The Memory Keeper Hannah Townsend's life is just as she's always wanted it to be. She has the perfect job at a New York magazine, a perfect apartment in the upper west side, and a perfect relationship with Miles Monahan. This year, for her thirty-fifth birthday, she has planned a trip to Barbados for some sunshine and beaches with Miles instead of celebrating it in snowy NYC. But her life is turned upside down on the morning of the trip. Hannah is reeled by the news that her grandmother is sick, and she needs to fly home, a small town in Tennessee right away to be with her family and help run her granny's deteriorating flower shop called ‘The Memory Keeper'. With flights grounded and rental cars in great demand due to the winter snowstorm, she takes a road trip with two fellow passengers to reach home one of whom is Liam McGuire an old friend from her past and Georgia. As she returns home on her birthday, she realizes that there is so much that she left behind in the town when she left for NYC including her best friend Ethan Wright. Also, she gets her granny's diary as her birthday gift. After realization struck her she needs to reevaluate her life and understand that it's alright to change its course for the sake of her granny and her future. This is an easy and fast-paced read. I listened to this book on @audible and enjoyed it. It is a sweet and inspiring story. My most favorite part of the book is when Hannah reads her Gram's diary entries when she was just eighteen during WWII, her loss and pain, and how her life changed for the better. This book is for you if you are looking for a cozy and relaxing read with the warmness of a small town. Thank you @jhaleauthor and @harpethroad for the audiobook. I had a great time listening to it. ❤️
