Cart was delivered quickly, in only three days. It requires assembly and comes with the tools you need, a hex key and small wrench. The side walls come in four pieces. The two bottom pieces were crooked, one slightly crooked and the other more crooked. I thought about trying to bend the most crooked one to make it straight but was afraid I might break the welds of the rods welded to the uprights. Since when facing each other the bottom sides tilt in opposite directions I thought that maybe they would counterbalance each other and work out OK. So I just continued with the assembly. The next-to-last part of the assembly was to put the wood top on and that required a little inward pressure on the uprights. I had to screw the top shelf in very tightly to move the uprights closer so that the wood top holes would align, Thankfully nothing broke. The dimensions listed under Specifications are right on, 17.3" wide, 11.2" deep, 29.9" tall. The crooked side bottoms I received are not noticeable once everything is screwed down. There are four wheels, two of them lockable. The completed cart looks good and is perfect for what need it for in the kitchen. I am pleased with this cart.
