I think its a quality product that serves its job. One thing to note, that applies to all doors like this, the sound proofing changes a lot. So if you previously had a wall made of drywall, and then put this in the wall, the wall is much less sound-proof than before. I recommend adding some sound deadening material to the inside. I use my to hide some plumbing and I can definitely tell when theres water running through the pipes. I hope this panel holds up, but honestly even if something went bad, I'd likely replace it with the same exact thing. If you want something more durable, look for one made of metal.
