Incomplete, unresponsive seller, poor quality.

I received an incomplete order, two balloons were missing. I messaged the seller but didn't get a response. Also, one balloon was not as described, the aw prints were gray instead of black: and they seem to be of poor quality, they inflate on one side first and are very thin, I felt couldn't inflate much without bursting.
