Use this Chimney Balloon Fireplace Inflatable Draft Stopper to insulate the fireplace during the fall and winter. It seals the fireplace flue tightly, stopping drafts, odors, noise, vermin and debris from entering the chimney. The 12'' x 12''  inflatable chimney draft stopper has a tapered edge that is designed to work on a 9" to 11" round chimney pipe or a square chimney opening that is smaller than 12'' x 12''. The black handle valve on the bottom of the Chimney Balloon is 7" long to simplify installation. Every chimney inflatable blocker comes with a two-foot-long removable clear inflation tube that connects to the handle valve to make inflation easy. It installs right above the damper and also works in chimneys without a damper. Inflate the fireplace draft stopper in the flue's lowest point with at least two parallel walls and not blocked by other hardware. Remove or switch off your gas log set before installing this chimney draft blocker for safety reasons.
