Arrived in good condition, despite delivery associate not being entirely gentle with box (it is a bit heavy). Fairly easy assembly, was able to do by myself in about 15 minutes with minimal effort. Wooden frame appears to be in good condition. Cushioning has a smell to it, but I imagine that may be the case with waterproof material like this. Smell has decreased since having it out a few days. There are also a few threads sticking up from cushions, but nothing that would be difficult to fix on my own and does not impair functionality of chair. Mine is in a covered area so not sure how it does with getting rained on. Cushions are soft enough to be comfortable and feel sturdy enough to be outside. Might be nice to get a couple other outside throw pillows to go with it but is still good as is. The side pieces go up and down easily and seem like they will not break if treated properly. Tray seems good if recommended weight limit is not exceeded. Would recommend and buy again.

Installing the legs--wood too tight, had to use hammer. When installing the back, I found two of the holes for the screws did not line up properly--had to use drill to get them to catch. Now all is good, though.
