The wasteband is a little snug (but I did have a baby 6 months ago). I bought a small and I believed a medium would be too big in the length. I have long arms and legs, and I can still roll up the sleeves. No complaints. the fabric is soft and flowy and I do love the lenth of the pants and top. I might could get away with wearing the pants or the top to work 🤔 😉. Not together, but with a different top or pants, no one would know they're pjs 😜
