Baretraps Women's Flossey Wedge Sandals

SO I WOUND UP GETTING THE AUBURN AND WHITE SELECTIONS AS WELL AS THE SNAKESKIN SELECTIONS THAT I HAD PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED... THESE WOVEN SELECTIONS FIT THE SAME AS THE SNAKESKINS; THEY ARE IDENTICAL EXCEPT FOR THE UPPERS... ALSO WANTED TO ADD THAT THE WEDGES DO SEEM TO BE COVERED IN GENUINE CORK (ITS NOT JUST A "CORK LOOK") ... BARETRAPS "FLOSSEY" WEDGE SANDALS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH A BIT OF "SPONGY SPRINGINESS" IN THE STEP :)

I'm 58 years old and weigh 91 lbs pounds,and got a size 6-1/2 medium. My foot width is between a size medium to wide.I started to get a 6-1/2 wide,but now I am glad I did not because the 6-1/2 medium is fine.A wide would have been too wide.The medium width band is still somewhat loose,but will stay on.The band looks more like a tightly woven leather than it does fabric, and has some stretch to it throughout the band.On the inside,there is also a little piece of stretch band.So you have plenty of stretch.If you are a heavier set person,you may want to go with the wide band,but if you are a average size,or petite and thin,go with the medium width so they will stay on your feet.These shoes are very good for people with achy feet,or people with arthritis because they have a good cushion.They appear to be well made for the price.I would have paid more if I had to because I love them so much.It took me forever to find some like this because most high heel sandals are too high at the heel and are hard to walk in.These have a gradual slant that keeps your weight evened out without causing body pains.These shoes are good for the young and older women both.I think they do sell out fast.Hope this helps.
