    Tasty B-12 supplement!

    This pill is so small and dissolves quickly under the tongue! What's also nice is that it's very tasty and only taken once a day. I haven't taken it long enough to see results, but I'm very impressed with how easy they are to take. I plan to reorder in the future and would ultimately recommend these to anyone needing B-12 supplement.

    This allowed me to have a noticeable amount of energy in the morning. I would recommend this and I feel like the absorption and effectiveness is pretty good. Is it my favorite B12 no but the fact that I felt a difference in my everyday life just reminds me that this deserves a 10 out of 10 I rarely feel the effects of certain vitamins so this was huge.
