So nice looking, functional and well made.

Wow, this looks even nicer in person and is very heavy duty. The packaging was just a bag with a bit of bubble wrap that was added to another box with other things I ordered, but it included 2 screws and drywall fasteners, a mounting bracket and mount screw, and a simple foldout set of instructions. So everything needed to mount (similar to towel hooks & bars), very well made (seems commercial), and attractive. Also, the 3 arms each have a different point where the swivel stops. They all lay/nest together, flat to the surface on the right side, The bottom swings around to the left and stops about 75 percent of the way, then the middle stops at 50 and the top at 25. The bottom one pulls the others out as it goes past each position, so if it stops at 25 the others remain flat. I’m definitely going to order more of these for other doors and bathrooms. Not sure if there were other finish options but I got brushed nickel.

Pretty much what I expected

Good finish, solid feel, easy to install.Only negative I can think of is after mounting on the wall, and after moving the arms rapidly back and forth, side to side, I noticed the vertical pin holding the arms within the body was walking its way up and out. Might be a problem for someone if mounted on anything other than a vertical surface.

Very nice quality

These are solidly built and have a nice finish (brushed nickel). I installed these in two bedrooms at a vacation home, so that guests can hang towels, robes, etc. Gave four stars for ease of installation. These aren't really difficult but I mounted them on the back of hollow doors. Needed to buy the right anchors to ensure that the install was solid.
