Great for relaxation & stress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little hesitant to try these but I really enjoyed them! They taste and smell great and not overpowering. They did make me feel calm and less stressed out! I took them near bedtime but I feel like I could take them at any point during the day and I would still be clear-headed! I think they really helped relax me! Highly recommend!
